Girl goes missing; parents suspect kidnapping
A 17-year-old girl, who left her house on March 15, has gone missing and her parents fear that she might have been kidnapped. Sana Begum’s father, Md Anwar, said he had reported the case to Kamatipura police station on the same day. He has named a man, Khaleel, as prime suspect as he was not seen from the day of his daughter’s missing.
Hyderabad: A 17-year-old girl, who left her house on March 15, has gone missing and her parents fear that she might have been kidnapped. He has named a man, Khaleel, as prime suspect as he was not seen from the day of his daughter’s missing.
The girl, a resident of Fateh Darwaza, left the house on March 15 around 3 pm and did not return till late evening. Following which, Anwar lodged a missing complaint with the police and suspected the role of Khaleel. He even tried on Khaleel’s phone, but only to find that it was switched off. A case has been registered under Section 363 (kidnapping) of the IPC. “We have formed teams and putting all our efforts to trace the girl,” inspector B Ramesh said.
