Senior citizen commits suicide

Nizamabad: Unable to bear stomach ache, a senior citizen T Rajaiah (65) committed suicide by hanging from a tree in Peddamallareddy village of Bhiknoor mandal in the district on Monday.
Speaking to the media, Sub-Inspector Ram Babu said that the deceased Rajaiah was suffering from unbearable stomach ache for more than one week and he did not get any relief even after undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
As a result, a highly distraught Rajaiah hanged himself from a tree near a well in his agricultural field. He is survived by his wife Sattavva and three sons. The SI said that the police registered a case and took up investigation.
