Hyderabad: A private firm employee from Hyderabad was arrested for misbehaving with a girl, who was standing in front of a women’s hostel at KPHB colony during early hours on Wednesday.
The accused A Navjeevan Kumar (24) of Vijayawada, who works at Sutherland Healthcare Pharma in Gachibowli, was passing from a colony in KPHB at 6 am. A girl named Swathi (22) was standing in front of the women’s hostel she stays in, and talking on the phone. Navjeevan tried to tease and also allegedly hugged her. The girl raised alarm, to which her neighbors rushed and caught him.
Later, they called the KPHB police and handed him over to them. The KPHB police booked a petty case against Navjeevan and took him into custody.
