17 injured as lorry, bus collide

As many as 17 bus passengers got injured when the bus they were travelling collided with a lorry at Bandameedi Chandupatla village of Chivvemla mandal on Wednesday.
Suryapet (Nalgonda): As many as 17 bus passengers got injured when the bus they were travelling collided with a lorry at Bandameedi Chandupatla village of Chivvemla mandal on Wednesday.
According to the police, the speeding lorry loaded with mangoes heading towards Hyderabad hit the Nalgonda RTC bus which was heading towards Bhadrachalam.
The lorry turned turtle after the collision. The injured were shifted to Suryapet Area hospital for treatment. Chivvemla police registered a case and took up investigation.
