Two killed in auto-tractor collision

Mahbubnagar: In a ghastly accident, an autorickshaw carrying Pushkaralu pilgrims collided with a sand-laden tractor killing two persons on the spot at Peddakottapally in Mahbubnagar on Thursday.
The incident took place when an autorickshaw carrying Pushkaralu pilgrims from Jadcherla to Somasila collided with a sand-laden tractor coming in the opposite direction on the outskirts of Peddakottapally mandal.
The impact of the collision was such that the auto driver Srinu (35) and a woman named Andalu from Jadcherla were killed on the spot, while the remaining three pilgrims Ramesh (38) and Saraswathi (42) of Jadcherla and Sandhya (35) of Telkapally were injured seriously and were shifted to Hyderabad for better treatment.
