RMP killed, one critically hurt in road mishap

Manuguru: A Registered Medical Practitioner was killed, while another suffered severe injuries in a ghastly road accident that took place at CPI office on Friday.
The incident occurred when the over-speeding lorry hit a two-wheeler. Locals held lorry driver responsible for the accident, who fled the spot in seconds.
The deceased was identified as Ananda Rao (43), an RMP and MRPS leader. A case has been registered and investigation is underway.
