Engg student commits suicide
A 21-year-old engineering student was found hanging to the ceiling at his room in Narsingi police station limits. According to police, the deceased, N Mahesh, was a student of VSIT College in Moinabad and a native of Mahbubnagar district. He used to stay at a pent house in Shanti Nagar along with his friend Bhargava.

He used to stay at a pent house in Shanti Nagar along with his friend Bhargava.
Police recorded the statements of his friend who had returned to city after Ganesh festivities from his native place. Bhargava informed that upon his return on Wednesday, he found that the room's door was bolted from inside. When he checked from a window, he was shocked to find Mahesh hanging from the ceiling.
On information, the police rushed to the spot and recovered the body which was later shifted to Osmania General Hospital mortuary for post-mortem. Since the body was decomposed, police suspect that Mahesh might have committed suicide 2-3 days ago. Further investigations are on to ascertain the reasons behind suicide.
