In a deadly accident involving a TSRTC bus belonging to Banswada depot on Friday, three persons were killed when two motorcycles on which they were travelling came underneath the bus as the bus lost control while overtaking an auto and hit the two bikes.

Medak/Sangareddy/Siddipet: In a deadly accident involving a TSRTC bus belonging to Banswada depot on Friday, three persons were killed when two motorcycles on which they were travelling came underneath the bus as the bus lost control while overtaking an auto and hit the two bikes.

The accident happened on the outskirts of Natnayapally village and near Narsapur. The RTC bus, which was going from Hyderabad to Narsapur, tried to overtake an auto in front of it. Having lost control, the bus hit the two bikes head-on.
Azmath (20) and Salman (21), both residents of Narsapur and Yousuf (43), a resident of Varni mandal of Nizamabad district died on the spot.

The deceased were taken to Narsapur Area Hospital for post-mortem, the police have registered a case and are investigating.

In another incident, a person who was travelling from Sangareddy to Narayankhed in RTC bus on Friday morning, suffered from heart attack near Regode. The person who was a resident of Dudagonda village in Narayankhed was taken to a Government Health Centre in Regode mandal headquarters where he passed away.

Meanwhile, highlighting lack of RTC bus facility, students from Khammampally village in Kondapaka mandal staged an agitation near Siddipet Old Bus Stand on Friday, complaining that the RTC bus to their village hasn’t been coming on time.
