Sanskrit University to come up in Bengal

Kolkata: West Bengal government plans to set up a Sanskrit university in the state, Chief Mamata Banerjee said here on Wednesday.
"I am also happy to share with you that we will be setting up a new Sanskrit University for the first time in the state," Banerjee tweeted.
Earlier at a function, the Chief Minister said that since coming to power in 2011 her government has set up 13 universities so far out of which six are run by it.
