The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has invited applications for an integrated admission to BA and MA social sciences programme and BA (Hons) in Social Work with specialisation in rural development. Candidates will have to appear for the TISS-BAT 2015 entrance test which will be held on May 9 between 2 and 4 pm across the country for admissions to its Tuljapur,
The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has invited applications for an integrated admission to BA and MA social sciences programme and BA (Hons) in Social Work with specialisation in rural development. Candidates will have to appear for the TISS-BAT 2015 entrance test which will be held on May 9 between 2 and 4 pm across the country for admissions to its Tuljapur, Guwahati and Hyderabad campuses.
Students who have cleared or are awaiting results for Class 12, Intermediate, A level or IB in any subject stream from a recognised board in one attempt are eligible to apply for the programme. Final pass result should be produced at the time of joining the programme. Candidates should be less than 23 years of age as of May 9, 2015, to fit the age criteria.
Test centres will be present in Delhi, Dimapur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Silchar, Tiruvananthapuram, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru, Kochi, Bhopal, Jaipur, Mumbai, Patna, Nagpur, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Sholapur and Vijayawada. The last date to apply is on April 7. Hall tickets will be issued online on April 21. The final results will be announced on TISS’s website (www.tiss.edu) on May 20.
