The recordings in Telangana were: Adilabad 43, Hakimpet 38, Hanamkonda 42, Hyderabad 40, Khammam 40, Mahabubnagar 40, Medak 40, Nalgonda 39, Nizamabad 43, Ramagundam 42. On Sunday, the maximum temperature rose at one or two places in north coastal Andhra Pradesh, appreciably fell at one or two places in Telangana and south coastal AP. They were above normal at one or two places in Telangana, below normal at one or two places in rest of Telangana, Rayalaseema and south coastal AP.

The Met office forecast thunderstorm with isolated hail/squall in Rayalaseema, Telangana and Coastal Andhra Pradesh on April 5. It mentioned isolated rain or thundershowers may occur in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rayalaseema during the next four days. On Sunday isolated rainfall occurred in Telangana and Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed in Andhra Pradesh. Hakimpet in Ranga Reddy district recorded six cm of rainfall.
