The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 22.5 Celsius, two degrees higher than the season's average, an official of the India Meteorological Department said.
According to the weather office, humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 83 percent.
Sunday's minimum temperature was recorded at 7.6 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature settled at 22 degrees Celsius.
