Hyderabad Media House welcomes you to exhibit at Marriott premier The Big Fat Wedding Fair 2013 on 20th & 21st July. We aim to build a positive, co-operative and mutually beneficial working relationship with all our exhibitors & Sponsors. Our goal is to provide a friendly and professional service with strong marketing support in order to attract the maximum amount of visitors to our shows. The Wedding Fair is heavily advertised including TV advertising, radio advertising, newspaper and magazine advertising, flyer and poster campaigns, free registration/ free entry for guests. Our aim is to showcase all the basic needs at one place for wedding season and increase max foot fall by using all the above mediums

About Event

An old saying goes that relationships are made in heaven, but weddings are planned on earth. So choosing the right place and ambiance to host the wedding assumes paramount significance. We are hosting the event at The Marriott which is home to many elite weddings in the pearl city. Being one of the premier luxury hotels in Hyderabad, The Marriott offers extensive services to turn the wedding into a special occasion. We are proud to be associated with Marriott for our upcoming event.

The BIG FAT Wedding Fair is open to businesses of all sizes and is an effective way to gather new business opportunities by interacting with thousands of potential customers face to face.

Our aim is to tap the market in Hyderabad who are gearing up for their wedding or their loved ones during the month of October / November, which is incidentally an auspicious wedding season. The event is a one stop shop for all their requirements and we wish to increase max foot fall using all mediums to build a positive, co-operative and mutually beneficial working relationship with all our exhibitors & sponsors.

Exhibition Details

Title of Exhibition : The Big Fat Wedding Fair 2013

Venue : Marriott Hotel, Hyderabad India.

Date : 20th and 21st July, 2013

Timing : 11.00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.

Admission age : The Admission age is 18 years and above. Children accompanying visitors will not be permitted to enter the exhibition halls on any day.

Facilities & Information : Organisers will provide each exhibitor with a stall and facia, one table, two chairs, two spotlights and a 5 amps. plug point. Additional requirements can be hired from the contractor at extra cost.

Possession : Stalls fully fabricated and equipped will be handed over to the exhibitors 8.00 p.m. a day prior to the exhibition and they will be permitted to customize the stall 4.00 a.m. Exhibitors are requested to inform their decorators to commence and finish the decoration within this time-frame. No decoration work will be permitted on exhibition days.

Directory for Sourcing Products & Manufacturers : The profile of every exhibitor will be printed free of charge in the Exhibition Directory and appropriate listings will be made in the Product Index.
