With Baisakhi around the corner, Arena at Taj Deccan is all set to celebrate the harvest festival and New Year by hosting the Parantha Festival. Executive Chef Sajesh Nair and his team have put together a unique compilation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian paranthas. The menu is crafted in such a way that guests would be delighted to relish on rich flavours of scrumptious paranthas with flavoursome lassi.

Executive Chef Sajesh Nair and his team have put together a unique compilation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian paranthas. The menu is crafted in such a way that guests would be delighted to relish on rich flavours of scrumptious paranthas with flavoursome lassi. The juices of shredded mutton masala in the Boti Masala Parantha or a Malai Cheese Masala Parantha leave a lasting aftertaste.

The festival offers variety of stuffed paranthas such as Prawn Piri Piri (parantha stuffed with spicy prawn piri piri masala), Murgh Kalimirch (parantha stuffed with tandoori chicken, pepper and cream), Baida (parantha stuffed with egg, curry leaves, onions and cheese), Paneer Hara Pyaaz (parantha stuffed with cottage cheese and spring onion), Achari Mushroom (parantha stuffed with piquant mushroom), Papad Mirchi Masala ( parantha stuffed with poppadum, brown onion and masala), Chanadal Tamatar Kothmir Patantha (parantha stuffed with lentil, tomato and coriander).

Also on offer are the regular Aloo Methi, Aloo, Gobi and Mooli Parantha.The a la carte festival will be available from 11 am to 11 pm till Sunday.
