Keeping the spice meter high for Delhi's janta in mind, MexItUp has interestingly designed the menu for each outlet.

Located between several shacks at My Square in Select City Walk, MexItup food truck calls food lovers for mouth watering and authentic Mexican food.

The young owners in-experienced with the hospitality and food industry, have done quite well for this start up and are growing at a fast pace. Although GK's outlet is now a take away and in Saket is competing with other food stalls at the food court, MexItup plans to have an exclusive outlet with new menu in Delhi's heart - Connaught Place.

Speaking to co-founder, Akul Dhingra, says "Being inexperienced in the field, it has been a great journey to discover the different angles of Mexican food. Starting from just grab and quick bites, to a large authentic and real Mexico food for people in India, we will bring to your table at our new restaurant at Connaught Place in the coming months. In the new outlet, we plan to expand the menu card, bring in all flavours, decor, ambience for the experience of little Mexico."

Asking about the challenges they faced from Delhi food lovers, Mr. Dhingra said that spice amount was initially difficult to judge, for which many would back out from Mexican food. Now they have introduced Spice Quotient separately as Mild, Spicy, Hot and Explosion. From the menu, one must try the Fully Loaded Nachos or Chef Special Chimichanga to start with and move to Burrito wrap or bowl for main or try Quesadillas and end with amazing Brownies from Heaven dessert, making the Mexican treat complete.

Experimenting and serving the best flavours of Mexican food, the boys are growing exponentially with major big plans, teasing Delhi's appetite for Mexican food. As the lovers of world cuisine and spice increase with many new food launches, MexItUp seems to be tough to neglect when it opens at Connaught Place in the coming months. Keeping the tab open, let us reserve our table!
