Hyderabad: On Saturday, Jairam Ramesh, the Union Minister, has released the congress Party manifesto for Telangana state. He addressed the media on this occasion and said that he would strive for the national status of Pranahita Chevella and Palamuru irrigation projects. Further, he said that a special bank will be established exclusively for the women by spending Rs 500cr; and women will be encouraged with Rs 1L amount of loan each. June 2 will be observed as the Telangana Martyrs day, added Jairam.
