Hyderabad: TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao exuded confidence about his party securing absolute majority in the just concluded elections. There was a strong undercurrent in favour of TRS in the entire region and it was reflected in elections, he felt. Rao is taking a welcome break at his farm house in Medak district after a hectic ten-day schedule during which he made a whirlwind tour of ten districts addressing around ten meetings per day. Key leaders like Naini Narsimha Reddy among others called on him on Thursday and reviewed party performance in all districts.

Meanwhile, sources informed that T Harish Rao, K Taraka Rama Rao and Etela Rajender among other leaders may embark on a much-needed vacation to some hilly stations along with families in the next few days. It is learnt that KCR’s daughter Kavitha may go abroad shortly and return in time before counting of votes set to be held on May 16.
