Keshav Rao: We Don’t Want Modi as PM, TRS Tells TMCHyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) general secretary K Keshav Rao, who is in Kolkata to hold talks with Trinamool Congress (TMC) on the composition of the proposed third front, is understood to have told the West Bengal leaders that the TRS was ready to join hands with them for keeping Narendra Modi-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) at bay.

Keshav Rao spoke to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over phone besides holding discussions with TMC general secretary Mukul Roy on this issue. He apprised the TMC camp about his party’s chances of securing a sizable number of Lok Sabha seats in the recently held elections in Telangana. Keshav Rao extended full support to the TMC’s efforts to rope in like-minded regional parties into third front fold. He left for Hyderabad after fruitful discussions with the TMC.
