Key TRS Meet Today, Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has convened the party’s state executive meeting on Friday to take stock of the party’s performance in the General Elections, and discuss strategies to be adopted after the announcement of results.

Hyderabad: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has convened the party’s state executive meeting on Friday to take stock of the party’s performance in the General Elections, and discuss strategies to be adopted after the announcement of results. Besides the state committee and politburo members, all candidates, who fought the recent Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, have been asked to attend the meeting without fail. KCR will take feedback on party’s winning chances and the cooperation extended by local leaders.
Meanwhile, sources informed that he would instruct the candidates to be alert and not fall prey to horse-trading tactics by rivals since there is more than two weeks gap between the results and the formation of the government after the Appointed Day. Although TRS leaders are exuding confidence of securing majority, they are not taking any chances in the event of the party falling short of majority.
