11 complaints at Water Board’s Dial UR MD

Eleven complaints relating to billing, inadequate water supply, polluted water, low pressure, using of motors illegally etc., from areas like Miyapur, Balkampet, Moula Ali, Marredpally, Ramanthapur, Amberpet, Ranigunj, Karwan, Yousufguda were received at ‘Dial UR MD’, HMWSSB programme held at the board office at Khairatabad on Monday.

MD M Jagadeeshwar assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned officers to attend to the problems and send Action Taken Reports (ATR) to head office. Earlier during the programme, twenty eight complaints which have been pending for a long time were received.
