Lava launches Pixel V1 with Android One. Lava launched its second-generation Android One smartphone, Pixel V1, for Rs 11,350 on Monday. The 5.5-inch phablet will be available via both online and the offline channel.

Lava launched its second-generation Android One smartphone, Pixel V1, for Rs 11,350 on Monday. The 5.5-inch phablet will be available via both online and the offline channel. The Pixel V1 features a 5.5inch HD (1280x720p) IPS display and has Asahi Dragon Glass protection.

It is powered by 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core 64-bit processor and is paired with 2GB of RAM. This phablet comes with 32GB onboard storage with support for up to 32 GB expandable memory.

Lava has added a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front facing camera. It also packs in a 2650mAh battery with battery saving mode. It is a dual SIM smartphone with 3G support, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and USB OTG support.

Being a part of Google's Android One, the Pixel V1 runs on stock Android Lollipop operating system. This smartphone will be available in the retail outlets starting July 27. In the online model, the phone will be available exclusively on Flipkart.

The Pixel V1 will compete against the Xiaomi Mi 4i 16GB model available for Rs 12,999. Motorola, too, is expected to launch the 3rd generation of Moto G smartphone, which will be priced under Rs 15,000.
