Adding another smartphonein its Auxus series, Hong Kong-based electronics manufacturer iBerry launched Auxus Prime P8000 smartphone with fingerprint scanner for Rs 14990 in the Indian market

The iBerry Auxus Prime P8000 smartphone, however, will be made available for purchase only at e-commerce website Snapdeal by month-end. The device has an inbuilt fingerprint scanner situated below the rear camera. With the help of scanner one can just swipe his finger to unlock the phone.

The smartphone, powered by a 64-bit octa-core Mediatek MT6753 chipset, sports a 5.5-inch full HD screen with Gorilla Glass protection. The iBerry's new launch runs Android 5.1 (Lollipop) OS and has 3GB RAM.

The dual-sim smartphone offers 16GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 128 GB through a microSD card. The iBerry Auxus Prime P8000 packs a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mP front-facing camera. The device is backed with a 4,165 mAh battery.
