He brings with him over 20 years of experience across various industries, including 10 years in e-commerce across India and South East Asia. Joy will be part of Ola’s core leadership team, focusing on new initiatives for the company.
He has joined Ola from Flipkart where he was most recently Corporate President. With a Masters in Business Management and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he has worked with large Indian and multinational organisations like Kirloskar, Reliance Industries, Maxworth Orchards and Atcom Technologies in his career. He is a seasoned hand in the internet industry, having spent the last ten years in various roles, with organisations like eBay Inc and Flipkart.
