Project Expo 2016 at NIET campus
An orbit of technical science projects were on display during the annual science fiesta Project Expo 2016 held at Nizam Institute of Engineering and Technology. Actively participated by students of all streams, the expo focused around the Make in India theme encouraging students to actively engage their technical skills.
Hyderabad: An orbit of technical science projects were on display during the annual science fiesta Project Expo 2016 held at Nizam Institute of Engineering and Technology. Actively participated by students of all streams, the expo focused around the Make in India theme encouraging students to actively engage their technical skills.
From indigenously built walking robots and go kart to projects answering most intriguing questions like waste management machines and robotics, the expo provided a forum for students to showcase their pragmatic understanding of technology.
The Rice Seedling Machine project which won the Silver medal by the Institute of Engineers India was also showcased. Other notable mentions includeNizam Intranet - a functional campus intranet system and an online job portal developed by Computer Science students.
The expo was inaugurated by Mr. Mohammed Jaffar Chairman Nizam Group of Institutions on 29th April 2016 in the presence of Dr. Manzoor Hussain, Principal JNTUH, Principal Dr. Mohammad Sanaullah Qaseem and Vice Chairman Mr. Fathe Azmath whoflagged off various automotive innovations in a colorful ambience. Various Heads of the departments, project guides, senior faculties were also present on the occasion.
