TalentSprint expands leadership team

Youth career accelerator TalentSprint announced the appointment of three senior executives in its leadership team.

The newly appointed members include Praveen Kumar as the Director for partner development, Rupesh Sinha as the General Manager for delivery operations and Shuba C Reddy as the Director of finance.

Speaking on the appointments, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TalentSprint Dr Santanu Paul said, “I am delighted to welcome Praveen, Rupesh and Shuba to the team.

They bring with them diverse experiences, skill sets and critical knowledge that are key to our current growth plans. These appointments are in line with our strategy to continuously enhance and upgrade our leadership pipeline to take on new challenges.”

Praveen Kumar who has seventeen years of experience will play a key role in building out a channel distribution strategy for the company; Rupesh Sinha with twenty years of experience will oversee delivery operations for the company’s growing network of contact and experience centers and Shuba C Reddy has ten years of experience handling financial controls, audit, accounting and legal compliance functions.
