The aim was to enhance awareness on Banking Codes and customers’ banking rights at grass root level. Members of SBH that included Viswanathan,
Chief General Manager; Santanu Mukherjee, Managing Director; Anand Aras, Chief Executive Officer, BCSBI and UV Satish, CIBIL representative were present at the event.
This meet was followed by an interactive session where customers raised queries about banking services, as well as CIBIL related issues, which were answered by the panel.
