He attended as the chief guest at an awareness programme on ‘Cashless Transactions and Digital Payments’ held at Podupu Bhavan in Siricilla on Tuesday. Heritage Foundation Consultancy of Hyderabad and Department of Social Justice and Empowerment have jointly organised the programme for senior citizens.

Speaking on the occasion, Collector Krishna Bhaskar suggested the senior citizens to set an example for young generations by carrying out cashless transactions by getting awareness on digital payments and cashless transactions.

Heritage Foundation Consultancy Senior Programme Officer Chandramukhi said that they are organising awareness programmes on cashless transactions for senior citizens in all districts along with programmes on health issues.

KDCC Bank Manager Sunil gave a power point presentation on cashless transactions and digital payments.

District Retired Employees Union President G Kailasam, T V Lakshman Rao and Janasatta state president Muduganti Sudhakar Reddy were present along with others.
