Nanospan India Pvt. Ltd. a pioneer in Graphene and Nano Materials Applications R&D and Centre for Nano Science & Technology (Institute of science & Technology Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday, deciding and agreeing to establish industry – academic collaboration in Nano materials and Nano applications research.

Ltd. a pioneer in Graphene and Nano Materials Applications R&D and Centre for Nano Science & Technology (Institute of science & Technology Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday, deciding and agreeing to establish industry – academic collaboration in Nano materials and Nano applications research.
The aim of this Partnership is to accelerate joint research that can lead to Industry quality products and the innovations that are directly applicable in India, with a Make In India approach stated by Ravi Nuguru, Founder & CEO for Nanospan Inc., Silicon Valley, USA & India. This partnership is expected to result joint Research papers, Patents and Opportunities for Internships and Jobs for CNST JNTU graduates in the cutting edge field of nano technology.
Hyderabad based Nanospan India Pvt Ltd specializes in fabricating new composites, additives and coatings based on graphene and other carbon nano materials. Head , Center for Nano Science and Technology, Dr CH Shilpa Chakra mentioned that, the center is working on various nanomaterials for Energy, agriculture, sensors, cancer therapy, waste water treatment and Nanobiotechnology applications. Prof A Jayashree expressed that both the parties of the MoU may work together to fulfil the societal needs.
