Expired pesticides seized in Khammam
The Task Force police, led by inspector Sada Niranjan, conducted a raid on a pesticide manufacturing unit at Athkur near Madhira in Khammam district on Wednesday and seized some expired products from it.
Khammam: The Task Force police, led by inspector Sada Niranjan, conducted a raid on a pesticide manufacturing unit at Athkur near Madhira in Khammam district on Wednesday and seized some expired products from it.
The Task Force seized 370 cartons of pesticides of various brands from Elan Agrochem Private Limited unit in the presence of agriculture officials. One person was taken into custody for questioning, it’s learnt. It’s reported that the unit has no permission.
