Over the last decade about 100 experiments in test tubes and on animals have found a strong relation between eating chillies and prevention of cancer. It includes various types of cancer like breast, esophagus, stomach, liver, prostate brain and leukemia.
People have a wrong concept in their mind about the fire caused by the chilly in the mouth. We usually grab a glass of water when we have a chilly mouth which only can make things worse. It is because chilly is not soluble in water; it just increases the flame in the mouth. Beer, milk, yogurt, peanut butter and ice cream work the best for the burn.
