HPS, Oakridge maintain clean slate

Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet from Group “A” and Oakridge International School from Group “B” in the Boys section maintained a clean slate at the end of the second round of matches in the BFI-IMG Reliance Schools League being conducted by the Hyderabad District Basketball Association while Nasr School and Future Kids continued their winning spree registering their second win in as many games in the girls section is their respective groups.

HPS Begumpet defeated Indus World School 50-37 while Oakridge accounted for St. Andrews School 35-20. Nasr scored a convincing 30-17 win over St. Ann’s School while Future Kids defeated HPS Begumpet girls 33-26.In other matches St Pious GHS defeated St. Ann’s Junior College 27-14, while Chirec PS girls won over St. Francis Junior College at 34-16.

In the Boys section, Chirec PS turned out a splendid display in the second half winning 72-52 over DRS International School in a high scoring match after both teams fought tooth and nail till the half time when the winner led 25-24.

Future Kids boys registered their first win defeating Kennedy High the Global School 33-26.
