The Cyberabad Police has responded to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao’s call to get involved in the “Swachh Hyderabad” programme. The police has decided to focus on cleaning the hospitals and health care centres, under Cyberabad police limits in a phased manner. Accordingly, the police have identified some 60 hospitals and health care centers in all zones of Cyberabad.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police has responded to Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao’s call to get involved in the “Swachh Hyderabad” programme. The police has decided to focus on cleaning the hospitals and health care centres, under Cyberabad police limits in a phased manner. Accordingly, the police have identified some 60 hospitals and health care centers in all zones of Cyberabad.


They are six hospitals in Madhapur Zone; nine in Balanagar Zone; 25 in Malkajgiri Zone, 14 in L.B.Nagar Zone and six in Shamshabad Zone. The Commissioner also called upon officers and men to chalk out a plan and plunge into cleaning programme. Every policeman of the Commissionerate must join the programme to Make “Swacch Hyderabad” a grand success.


The Commissioner decided to adopt Kondapur Area Hospital and took part in the cleaning programme on Tuesday along with the Hospital Superintendent and other hospital staff. He instructed all the officers and men from the rank of HGs to DCPs to take part in the program and make the Hospitals/Health care Centers Clean & Green.

Similarly, DCPs, Addl. DCPs, ACPs and inspectors of Law & Order wing of the Cyberabad will be adopting one Government Hospital/Health Care Centres each and take up Swachh Hyderabad works in their Hospitals in coordination with the Health Department officials, doctors and hospital staff.
