Hyderabad win two titles
Hyderabad emerged champion in both men and women section of the Telangana state 3rd Senior inter- district throwball championship for men and women 2016-17 at Pallavi Model School in Alwal on Sunday.

In the men’ final, defending champion Hyderabad defeated Ranga Reddy 13-15, 15-9, 15-11 to retain the title. Warangal beat Nizamabad 15-19, 15-11 to secure third place.
In the women’s final, Hyderabad after losing the first game 13-15 bounced back and won both the games at 15-10, 15-12 for the title. Khamman got the third place after defeating Karimnagar 15-1, 15-10.
Srinivas,Principal, Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally gave away the prizes. Sunir Nagi, Principal, Pallavi Model School, Alwal, Komu Venkat,Treasurer, Telangana Throwball Association and G Kiran Goud, convenor were also present on the occasion.
