In order to celebrate the successful completion of eight years of starting store operations in India, Walmart India, the wholly owned subsidiary of Walmart Stores Inc., has launched ‘anniversary celebrations’ with excitement and buzz across all its Best Price Modern Wholesale Stores with `anniversary’ event till June 30.

The first Best Price Store in Amritsar had its grand opening in May, 2009. Exciting range of merchandise and offers, opportunity to participate in lucky draws and bumper prizes are already bringing back the enthusiasm and rekindling the same ‘newness’ of the original grand opening.

Discount vouchers to members on purchase of any three of the 300 `spark’ items redeemable at bookmyshow.com; four lucky draws every three hours during the day for members buying any threeof the spark items with a chance to win vouchers of Rs 1,000 rupees; and bi-weekly and bumper draws for all members. The prizes for the bi-weekly and bumper draws include branded TV sets and motorcycles, respectively. The winners would be announced on June 30.
