Giving back to the community

Hyderabad: Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and HICC team visited Maruthi Orphanage Welfare Society bearing gifts for the girls at the orphanage on the occasion of Solidarity week.

Bringing cheer to the lives of these young inhabitants, the hotel ambassadors engaged in fun games and interactive activities. The hotel team donated necessities to support their daily requirements and the enthusiastic kids showcased their talents and skills over a daylong of celebrations.

The orphanage strives to help vulnerable children by providing them with nutritional food, clothing, shelter, education, and reliable health care. Currently, there are 70 kids as part of this family.

The hotel ambassadors donated items comprising of usable old goods, newly purchased commodities like refrigerators, pillows, duvets and blankets. Further, they provided bags of food grains, clothes, stationery items and basic sanitary products.

On this occasion, Neil Paterson, General Manager, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre said, “These gifted individuals have overcome many difficult situations that occurred in their lives and, yet they portray incredible courage.
