In today’s world Skill Development is one of the most important aspects and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has embarked upon setting up Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra across the country. In order to take forward the initiative of Government of India a city-based training company Synchroserve Global Solutions Pvt Ltd in Lingampally provides free training on Skill development
Hyderabad: In today’s world Skill Development is one of the most important aspects and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship has embarked upon setting up Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra across the country. In order to take forward the initiative of Government of India a city-based training company Synchroserve Global Solutions Pvt Ltd in Lingampally provides free training on Skill development.
SynchroServe is a Skill Development Enterprise found in the year 2008 by Genpact Alumni with the objective of making more people employable and to empower the employed. Till date they have trained around 1,00,000 people and placed in various Multi-National Companies.
Currently, SynchroServe has over 200 Skill Development Centres across the country and are keen to scale up our operations to reach 5,00,000 unemployed youth by 2025.
Explaining about the Training Programmes Veena T Centre Head Lingampally said that Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra near Lingampally provides free training for the seven job roles including Mutual Fund Agent, Optical Fiber Technician, Animator, Lab assistant and other roles along with placement assistance. Citizens with qualifications as low as 10th standard are also eligible to be a part of this programme.
The Government of India has identified job roles which can create employment opportunities at an entry level for civilians who have minimum qualification, Aadhar card and bank account. With such various centres set up, people become aware of career opportunities with such programmes and start their livelihood as skilled, certified employee with a minimum salary of Rs 8,500 per month.
Veena also said that Synchroserve is a funded partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), setup under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
