Musheerabad: Seeking clearance of their demands, Joint Action Committee(JAC) of RTC Trade Unions served a strike notice to the RTC Management on Thursday.
The demands: Immediate implementation of pay revision of 2017, fixation of basic salary at Rs 24,000, immediate clearance of encashment arrears pending for five years, stop closure of department on the name of losses, reduce work load on workers, promotions to employees by minimising the out sourcing system, avert the atrocities of private travels.
The JAC convener Raji Reddy warned that if the demands are not cleared before May 24, they will go on strike. JAC co-convener BS Rao, leaders K Yadaiah, S Suresh Kumar, Ramesh, Abraham were present.
