BC commission chief urged to extend financial aid to BCs
The Constituency president of Backward Class (BC) Association Rajkumar requested the Chairman of Telangana BC Commission B Ramulu, to extend financial and infrastructure cooperation to the people of backward communities.
Tandur: The Constituency president of Backward Class (BC) Association Rajkumar requested the Chairman of Telangana BC Commission B Ramulu, to extend financial and infrastructure cooperation to the people of backward communities.
He met the Chairman in Hyderabad on Thursday and handed over the memorandum in this regard. Rajkumar said that there is several cement, marble and polished stone units around the Tandur, where most of the workers are BCs.
They are remaining as workers due to financial issues, he said. It would be helpful for the BCs if Commission extends its cooperation, he said. He also requested the chairman to constitute a committee to study the situation of BCs in the region. Shukur, senior leader of the BC Association was also present.
