Raid on milk-adulteration unit; one held

Sleuths of SOT, Rachakonda raided a milk-adulteration unit at Mankal village under Pahadishareef police limits on Wednesday, under the supervision of Additional DCP Syed Rafeeq. They arrested one person Gonde Srinivas Reddy and seized 40 letters of adulterated milk, Mohith Rattna milk powder, ‘Freedom oil packets’, 14 kg of milk powder packets and milk skimmer.
Maheshwaram: Sleuths of SOT, Rachakonda raided a milk-adulteration unit at Mankal village under Pahadishareef police limits on Wednesday, under the supervision of Additional DCP Syed Rafeeq. They arrested one person Gonde Srinivas Reddy and seized 40 letters of adulterated milk, Mohith Rattna milk powder, ‘Freedom oil packets’, 14 kg of milk powder packets and milk skimmer.
The arrested accused person was procuring branded ‘Mohit Rattna’ skimmed milk powder, Freedom Sweet oil in polythene packets and adulterating with milk powder, oil with the help of milk skimmer for sale to gullible public. They were handed over to the police along with the seized property.
