Vivekananda Nagar: Alleging poor quality in road laying works, Vivekananda Nagar Congress Party in charge Uppala Ekantha Goud submitted a memorandum to Commissioner Manga Tayaru on Friday.
The memorandum complained that recently laid road was damaged only with a light rain. It pointed out that poor quality of works led to loss of lakhs of rupees to the exchequer. Uppala demanded action against the concerned contractor and to be blacklisted from GHMC works.
