Nemoori blames Mayor for civic problems

Charlapally: Congress party division president Nemoori Mahesh Goud on Monday blamed GHMC Mayor Bonthu Rammohan for civic problems in the division. He visited the area choked drainage lines resulted in streets filled with stagnated sewerage water. This posed health threat to the residents due to rise in mosquito population at IG Colony.

The residents would suffer with various diseases if the situation continuous, he lamented. Locals complained that mosquito menace in the evenings made living conditions impossible. The residents allege that the Mayor hardly visits the colonies and there was hardly any improvement in the area. There were several developmental works that have not started in spite of foundation stone being laid.
