Two die in freak incidents
In two separate incidents an intermediate student and a 10-year-old boy died on Saturday. Jaswanth, a ten-year-old had gone to a lake at Maddulvai village of Havelighanpur mandal on Saturday. He went with a group of friends and started walking into the deeper end of the lake.

According to reports, locals said that by the time his friends could notice, the boy had gone deep into the lake and drowned. The police have registered a case and are investigating. This is the second drowning incident in this part of the district. Locals said that in spite of schools starting, children still go to lakes for a swim.
Meanwhile in another incident, an intermediate student Sudharshan (17) was electrocuted at his home at Shalipet village of Chinna Shannkarampet mandal. According to police, he was trying to fix some electrical problem at home when he came in contact with a live wire resulting in his immediate death.
