Secunderabad: The Railway minister Piyush Goyal instructed the general manager Vinod Kumar Yadav to take forward the proposal of developing a multi-level parking at the railway land that is adjacent to the Ganesh Temple in response to a representation from the temple authorities.

P L Nagesh Mudiraj, chairman, Secunderabad Ganesh Temple met the Railway minister who visited the Secunderabad Railway station and invited him to the temple. The minister was in the city on Friday, spent 30 minutes in the temple.

There is 2000 sq yards railway land adjacent to the temple. The temple authorities have been knocking on all doors for parking facility for devotees. The minister instructed the general manager to take up the matter with the state government.
