Cordon & search operation held

Shamshabad: Under the supervision of DCP P V Padmaja, Cordon and search operation held at Satamrai weaker section colony area under Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) police station limits, here on Sunday.
According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) P V Padmaja, as many as 163 police took part in the cordon and search operation. DCP, Assistant Commissioner of police (ACP), four Inspectors, 14 Sub-inspectors, 13 ASI's & 134 Constables & home guards participated in the cordon search operation She said that total 540 houses were checked and 13 two-wheelers, 3 four wheelers detained for verification. As many as nine suspects have taken into custody to check their activities, said Padmaja. The Police used technology such as CDAT, Finger print scanner, Vehicle search & Aadhar search in this operation.
