Siddipet: Bal Raj, Officer on Special Duty to Major Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao, and Municipal Chairman Rajanarsu on Tuesday inspected the saplings kept ready for planting during the fourth phase of the Haritaharam programme. Siddipet Municipal Commissioner Srinivas Reddy also accompanied them.
The Haritha Haram programme is being implemented with a missionary zeal in the city with the participation of the elected people’s representatives. The saplings are being planted under the supervision of district horticulture officer Ilaiah.
