Sangameshwar temple nets Rs 22.28 lakh revenue

​Jharasangam: Ketaki Sangameshwar Swamy temple received over Rs 22, 28,012 by way of hundi offerings from devotees during the past two months. On Tuesday, counting of the offerings received in the temple hundi was taken up. The silver ornaments offered by the public were kept back in the hundi putting the seal on it.

District official Srinivasa Murthy, main priest at the temple Basayya swamy, executive officer of the temple Mohan Reddy and others were present. The police made elaborate security arrangements at the temple in view of the counting.
