Shahi Dastarkhwan, a restaurant at Lakdikapul X Roads, which claims to dish out organic Hyderabadi biryani, was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali on Friday. “We have introduced the world’s first organic Hyderabadi biryani ever made at a restaurant,” quip young entrepreneurs Reza Ashtarian and SM Mustafa of Shahi Dastarkhwan. Speaking on the occasion, Reza Ashtarian said, “The special biryani is made of organic, authentic and original ingredients like original Zafraan - which is hardly used in the biryani that was made in the city these days.”

“The chefs at our restaurant are from Persia, Iran and specializes in preparing all the authentic cuisines,” Reza Ashtarian added. “To make the organic biryani all the ingredients we use are organic. Organic milk, organic curd, organic ghee, specially procured masalas and vegetables from our associate farms. More over the preparation is the completely authentic Kacchi Akhni method used by the Nizams and Mughals,” SM Mustafa said. The restaurant dishes out scrumptious delicacies like biryani, kebabs, shawarma and range of Mughlai specialities.
