TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao has on many occasions claimed that he is the biggest dictator and would love to be known as Hitler's grand dad! After becoming the Telangana chief minister, he went two steps ahead and many feel he is sending terror signals to wrong people rather than to the criminals.
Right after assuming power, he announced comprehensive survey on single day troubling people. Even after the much publicised survey, much to the shock of all, many people who used to live in Telangana found their names missing.
As if that was not enough, he hurriedly ordered demolition of houses in Ayyappa society while he chose to go slow on King Nagarjuna's N convention centre. This itself exposed the myth that he sides with the people of Telangana.
Much to the shock of all, KCR proudly claimed that he ordered demolitions to create terror among people so that they do not think of indulging in wrong acts. This many feel is reminding of Muhammad bin Thuglaq, the Turkic sultan of Delhi. Many are questioning KCR's promise of warning to pluck out the eyes of rapists and those who trouble women. Even after he thundered, atrocities have not stopped in Telangana.
Analysts feel by banning channels who speak against him, trying to silence opposition in the Assembly and the above acts, he is only alienating people who voted for him with the hope of some development. It's time KCR realised this. Mere warnings and empty promises can't keep him in good books of people.
