With focus on both development and welfare activities, the Telangana finance minister submitted his first full budget for Telangana State in T Assembly today.

TS non-plan expenditure put at Rs 63,350 cr and planned spending at Rs. 52,283 cr

Total Telangana budget outlay Rs 1,15,689 crore
TS Finance Minister says budget surplus is Rs. 531 cr

Rs. 4,000 crore for Aasara pension scheme
