One must shall take a selfie with sleeping French former far right politician Jean-Marie le Pen. Professional dancer Brahim Zaibat was condemned for invasion of privacy having posted a picture on which he can be seen sitting behind Mr Le Pen, wearing headphones and smiling broadly on the flight between Paris and the southern city of Nice.

Under this picture, prior to the anticipated second-round run-off regional elections, the following comment:

"Let's knock them out. To preserve France brotherhood!!!"

The court estimated the snap to be "neither diminishing nor malicious" and thus sentenced Brahim Zabat to pay just one symbolic euro. Still, "He attacked Jean-Marie le Pen most essential right to his image", precised the Order of the Referee.

Brahim Zabat, Madonna's ex-boyfriend, by the way, has been ordered to withdraw the shot from social medias Instagram (which he did not as he has appealed this decision).

However, this unflaterring shot is now circulating all over the internet, far beyond the 23.300 likes of the original one. Removing it from Instagram just does not make any sense as it has been used over and over by so many French and foreign medias...From now on it belongs the web factory. Such a judiciary decision can but only give more credit to it. It's called the Streisand effect.
